Do

"Do" means you can do any kind of sport activities you ever wanted. This is the Moscow city. Everything is possible. Just get it. Sure, it's almost winter here now. Cold? It depends. If you'd like to swim then go water pool. Some crazy nuts do it in river during the season. Russians call these winter-swimmers as walrus!!! If you are interested in Ice-skating, Ski & Snowboarding then you'll see all info in next issue. At the moment we inform you about Bowling, Swimming (in pools) and Free-falling fun (Parachute Jumps).

Swimming

Here is list of 55 swimming pools in Moscow http://www.sportnavigator.ru/tracks/bassein.html. You can ask your local organizer to call for details and help you to find the closest one.

Bowling

Sure, you can find hundreds places to do this in Moscow. Not to be without adducing any proof we would recommend you look at this http://bowling.msk.ru/ . There is no English. But there is comparison table and numbers are Arabic!! Well, click the weekday or weekend ones you have time and desire to go and see the prices and choise set and addresses!!!

If I were you (who probably like the latest movie by Sofia Coppola but wouldn't like to have felt lost in translation (http://www.lost-in-translation.com) on your own back) I would go one of the biggest places such as Multisport (http://www.multisport.ru/contacts.shtml) where stuff is friendly and it's easy to get what you need!

One-on-one instruction and a tandem jump: $100.
Insurance: no (only doctor for general check up)
Air transport: MI-8 helicopter that rises to the height of 600 to 800 meters.

Classic training course: about 20,500 rubles

Accelerated Free Fall course: 36,000 rubles (includes 20 jumps, theory and an internationally recognized license).
This drop zones serves as an arena for multiple professional parachuting events, so it has all the facilities for guests to stay overnight. A bed in an eight-person dorm costs from 120 rubles a night, and the airfield also features a bar and canteen. The instructors are used to foreigners, so there is no need to worry about a language barrier.

This country got more sport medals than European all together due to the last Olympic Games. So, here must be a lot of local and international sport events you can see yourself. And you are lucky if you are in Moscow. Just GO and See. It is always widely covered in the English Press in Moscow.
